Conditional Formula in Cross-Tab report

Greetings!  In a cross-tab report, is there a way to create a formula to use as a summarized field that references the column and row values?  For example, something like this: If row = <specific solicitor name> and column = <FY17> then 30,000 else {gift amount}.  From every Google result I have checked it doesn't look like this is possible but want to check on the community to make sure.
