Hard and Soft Credits in same columns in export, query or reports

Hi everyone, first post in this community!


I'd like to have a gift export of specific constituents with all gifts including soft credits.  This would look like the output from the gifts tab on a constituent record.  When you export gifts from a constituent record it includes soft credits in the same columns as hard credits.  Any ideas on how to do this?  Export will allow you to extract soft credits to a separate column but I'd like hard and soft credits in the same column.  Thanks!  Mark

I almost always have HC and SC in one column for my Exports. I use Constituent Export and then in the Gift criteria choose option to SC to both. That way total reflects their HC and SC. I'm not in a situation where I'm totaling these amounts and need to be concerned about inflated totals.


Don't know if it will work the same in a Gift Export
