How do I insert a Tell A Friend into an email?

To insert the Tell-A-Friend into an email message do the following:

1. In the WYSIWYG, click the Links drop-down and choose Email.

2. Then in the popup box, click Insert next to Forward Message.

This will insert a Tell-A-Friend link for the email message you are sending.

Can tell a friend/forward to a friend be used when receiving a test email, or does this only work when the email is approved and sent to the list?
