Has anyone figure out how to use the acknowledgement process for foundations - for example  Bob and Mary Buckeye donated through Columbus Foundation - we want the export to have Bob and Mary's info not Columbus Foundations -

    It was not easy!  We run a soft credit letter process...i.e., thank you for your gift made through the X Foundation.  The trick was in the export definition.


    It is essentially a copy of the receipt process that we run weekly or monthly.  It takes a little massaging to make sure we don't send duplicate letters, since BOTH spouses are soft credited on the gift and both would have letters pulled into the process.
