For reports I use Giving History and the Gift detail and summary report the most.

Donor Category Report and the Event reports are helpful as well and I have created a couple Custom Crystal reports.

I do not have a top 25, but have attached a list of maintenance queries and a schedule that includes some additional tasks like dupe checks.

Role: DBM

Appeal (Gift Detail & Summary) Report. Used every 2 weeks, to compare year-to-date appeal totals to same time last year

Outstanding Pledges Report: used 3 times a year to determine late pledges and recurring gifts

Cash Flow Report: once a month to predict pledge revenue by fund

Monthly Revenue (Gift Detail & Summary) Report: used monthly to compare revenue this month with revenue in same month last year

Adjusted Gift Report: run once per month to document gift adjustments

Memorial Gifts (Gift Query) run as needed to track memorials for a specific deceased person

Special Donors (Constituent Query based on gift criteria) run daily to flag special individuals in the daily thank-you letters

Major Donors (Constituent Query based on gift criteria) run daily to flag major donors in the thank-you letters

Alumni Birthdays (Constituent Query) run monthly to generate birthday card mailing

User Actions (Action Query) linked to Dashboard to monitor user performance

User Notes (Constituent Query based on Notes criteria) linked to Dashboard to monitor user performance

Action Tracks Query/Export (Constituent Query/Export based off Action criteria) run monthly to generate New Donor mailings, Planned Giving mailings, and Monthly donor mailings

Event Donations (Gift Query with Appeal criteria) used as needed to monitor event revenue and program lists

Active Donors Query/Export (Constituent Query with varying criteria) used to generate mailings & segments

Membership Query/Export used as needed to generate customized membership lists
