Adding Google tracking code to donation page

Hello everyone--


We are the grateful recipients of a Google Grant, which includes funding for AdWords. One hiccup though: in order to track conversions for ads directing folks to our donation page, we need to trigger a thank you page that appears after the donation is submitted. We do have the existing thank you message; however, in order for the tracking to work correctly we need to have a redirect to another page on our website. Is this possible within Online Express?
