Tribute notification reports

We are reviewing our tribute notification process and I am looking for more insight into the tribute report customization out of RE.  Is there a way to pull a list of tribute gifts specific to one acknowledgee to send along with our notification letter.  I see that you can run a report that breaks out all gifts by acknowledgee but I would like these as separate reports.

On the last tab of the report call 7: Format under detail, you can have the report split up by honor/memorial per page or one Tribute per page. That should give you the separation that you need.

Thanks Michael!  I have tried those options.  What I am looking for is one page for each tribute and each acknowlegdees that only shows the gifts specified for that acknowledgee.  When I use those options, I'm only getting a separate page for the tribute that lists all the acknowledgees together.  Am I doing something wrong?

I wonder if you could single out your acknowledge(s) with a query and then just run the report on that query?  Hmmm.  That seems more complicated than not on second thought.


I think I'd try turning to an export next.  Get the data out of RE into Excel and then you could mail merge something into Word.  Best of luck!

If I am understanding correctly you could run it through mail under Honor/Memorial Acknowledgement.  You have the option to send one letter to each acknowledge per tribute or per gift and the number of gifts to consolidate.
