Acknowledgments - Gifts missing from Export

Good afternoon All,


To process acknowledgements I run a gift query, then run a gift export.  I use the excel file from the export to mail merge in word.

A few of gifts did not appear in the export but were in the query.  I just want to capture all gifts that should be acknowledged.  Have any of you experienced this?  If you have any suggestions please, comment.
