Where do you create the table for class years?

I did this recently for our reunion registration page. 


From RE configuration, I added a participate attribute with the description of Class Year. I selected table (so I'd always have a consistent four digit response) as the data type.  If you don't already have a table for Class Year you can scroll all the way to the bottom of the table name and select [Add New Table]. You want to then make decisions on whether or not you want to allow only 1 per record (I selected yes) If you want to make it required and if it should be active.
