Cannot add Query to email list

Hi I am having an issue adding an existing query to an email list. The list of emails shows up in the query but does not show up in the add list search.

Have you checked the query type?  Online Express limits the types of queries that can be used in creating an email list.  It must be a Constituent, Individual or Organization query.  Any other type of query will not show in the list of queries to add to the list.  It can be frustrating for us at times because our organization wants to email event participants.  Unfortunately, participant queries can't be used in Online Express.  We have had to build a couple of workarounds for events.
