Action Notepad Types

I am reorganizing our Actions Tables and have been working on the Action Types for the past few weeks. I have managed to go from 58 to 12 Types. Yay...My next cleanup is Action Notepad Types. I am wondering if someone in this community could give me an example list of what you use for Action Notepad Types?  There is way too many in my DB and I would love to get some incite in what others are using.  Thanks in advance.

I just duplicate the action type table so that the notepad type always reflects the action type. This isn't exactly useful because it's just a duplication of data, but since it's a required field that I don't see any additional use for, I just make the process as easy as possible.

We simply use "Action Details" for all action notepad types. We have three others, two from RE Mobile App that I can't delete/edit and one from Added via RE NXT in our list. We can export the action type and we use description and notepad so details are all there. Action notepad types seem redundant. Love the day I made that decision the list was in the 2-300's when I inherited the database.

You are ahead of me, this is a project I need to tackle.  Would you mind sharing your final 12 Action Types?  My current list is quite long and I'd be interested in seeing what you wound up with.
