Struggling to integrate our Bursaries/Awards data into RE7.

I work as the DBA at Fleming College in Ontario (7 months) , and I'm struggling to create a way to integrate our Bursaries/Awards Recipient data into RE7.


Our Finance Department and Financial Aid department are separate entities from our RE7 database. Bursaries and Award recipient data, such as school of study, program, student name, are not currently in our Database but reside with Financial Aid department in their database. Having this included in RE7 would be helpful information for statistical analysis as well as donor reporting. If there was only one award per bursary, this wouldn't be difficult to add as an attribute for each respective year...but sometimes there are up to 20-30 disbursements from one fund per year.


Any suggestions on where to hold this data so it can be retrieved for reports and exports?
