New Conditional Mail Merge Letter Added

Today I went to add a new Letter Code into our Conditional Mail Merge.


Tested it out and all the letters are pulling except for the new one (this Mail Merge has worked flawlessly in the past) The condition is "equal to" the exact file name I created in letters, the Word Doc has no conditional formatting in it, and this new Letter Code is included in the Filters on Tab 3 of the parameter file.


Blackbaud Chat Support is stumped. Without recreating a whole new Mail Merge/Parameter File for this particular letter, does anyone have any idea what's going on?

I had something similar happen about a year ago. I was updating, not adding and the whole mail merge failed. My solution was to save as a new mail merge. It solved the problem and kept everything intact. Don't know if that will help in this situation, but if there is no other solution you might try it.
