Portfolio Management Report

Options
I would like a query or report that allows me to see a development officer's portfolio penetration by meeting only,

or a list of the people in their portfolio (primary and secondary relationship per solicitor) and the date of their last meeting (not just last action).

Any ideas?

I would run a query of:

Assigned solicitor type = whatever you use, we use DEVO for Development Officer

AND assigned solicitor last name one of -- Smith, Smith-2  (we use the -2 as their secondary, usually an Org., Corp. or Fndn.)

AND last action category = meeting

Then add whatever output you need to see.

  • Even easier is the Action Detail report filtered on category and solicitor name.

That seems to only show when the last action was a meeting not when the last meeting occurred. We want to ensure that development officers are meeting with everyone in their portfolio. Our development officers usually send a thank you note or email after the meeting, which then is another action.

How would I get it to show every person in the portfolio, not just the ones that have been met with? I would also like to only see the last meeting as some people apparently have met multiple times with the same person.

This is when I go to Crystal and create a report.

  • In Constituent Export output Last Action which will give you a window that will let you filter by category.  Filter by Action categories - Selected - Meeting.

I added last action date as an output and it gave me all those with a last action category as meeting and the last action date of that meeting.  Maybe I'm not understanding what you actually want.  You originally wanted just those who met with their prospects.  If you want all actions, then don't specify the category.  You can then export them and sort them to see who hasn't met with their prospects.

    I think this works. Thanks!
