Is it possible to restore a contact?

If you have removed a contact from the database, is it possible to restore the account? I can search for and find removed contacts in the Cons 360 "Find Contact" screen. But, once I find a contact that has been removed, I do not appear to have the ability to restore it to active status (even when editing the account). Any suggestions?

  • It is possible to restore a contact, but this can only be done by Convio support. If you have a contact to change, please submit a case to support. If there are a large number of constituents, or this is something that will be repeated several times, there may be a fee involved.
