Stopped getting newsletter emails

If somebody run to the issue, please advise how to solve it?


Our office ALS Association Greater New York Chapter stopped getting newsletter emails from National office such as "Large Gift notifications", "Association Weekly" etc.

In our end we send emails from distribution lists using Convio (Luminate)

We contacted our email provider, and checked if address in spam or inbound messges, but it is not.

We was getting this emails month ago. I consulted with IT specialist and he suggested to check with Blackbaud Policy, if they changes something recently.

we stopped getting emails from :info@alsa.org ip address 74.123.154.158

    Hi, Valentina - Have you put in a Support ticket to Blackbaud? That's always a good place to start when something needs investigating. We've got various ways to look into this ... and a Support ticket can get things started.

    We did, and the issue was happening because some of IP addresses was blacklisted. But luckily we was able whiteliste the domain provided here https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/63191
