Acknowledgement Letter assigned based on fund id

I am trying to use a conditional mail merge using multiple documents to automatically use the correct acknowledgement letter based on the fund id in the batch. I've added the proper letters to the Create merge documents fields but when I finish the merge - it says there are no records to be found. I have selected a batch that I know has letters needing to be printed. Any help would be great!

    First, double check to see that the gifts are not already marked as Acknowledged.


    Then look at you other criteria in merge setup like gift date. Could be as simple as a typo there. Or a keystroke that changed SC options.
