Updating contact passwords

Is there a good way for me to update the passwords, en masse, of existing contacts in Contituent360?

I need to add about 6000 names and emails to the database, and I would like to assign a unique password to each of them. However, about 500 of these names already exist in Const. 360, and I would like to update their passwords as well. It looks like doing a simple consituent upload and using USER_PASSWORD, only updates the password of a newly created record.

Any good way to update the passwords on existing records?

I am bumping this because I'm in the exact same situation, except I want to do a bulk update of User passwords that hard bounce so we can send them a card asking them to change their email address.
