Is there a feature anywhere in RE that when you can add a particular constituent code to a constituent that it could trigger an action reminder? For example, when we add a new board member we could get an action "tickler" to order name badges, name plates, add to website, etc.


I know this may be a lot to ask from RE but it would be cool. Any suggestions out there other than tracking in an Excel spreadsheet? (I hope this makes sense...LOL)

    That would be quite the programming! :)  Interesting idea.


    I put a recurring task for myself in Outlook (could be in RE for myself) for board election time frame to do all the add to website, RE codes etc.

    You might be able to do this with Action Tracks (in RE7, not with NXT...NXT will be getting Workflow Automation instead of Action Tracks).  You would need to test this (I am not in a position to do so at this moment...) but I think Action Tracks will work off of adding a Constituent Code...might require also a Constituent Code Date From?
