OLX Email - Merge Fields

I'm finding the merge fields to be limited on OLX. Do I have the ability to expand that? We are trying to use the express email for solicitations, at times, but want to put in prior donation amounts which was possible with the netcommunity email.

I am in total agreement. I used NC at my last employer and I found the functionality to be much better. I don't understand why some of the better functionality couldn't have made it's way to OLX!!!

Yes!  If NetCommunity is the past, and OLX is the future, as everything markets itself to us, then I want to keep living in the past, for a lot of it.  There's so much good to NetCommunity that should have been forwarded into OLX too.  Karen, as to your question, I agree with Kathleen that there seems to be no way to expand the list of possible fields.
