OLX Receipts and Unsubscribes

Hi! I have a question that I can't find any documentation about:


if a donor unsubscribes from emails via Online Express, will they still receive email receipts when using the OLX donation forms (if they use the same email address)?


If this is the case, it would be really great if Blackbaud would put that in the help documentation, as it greatly affects receipting procedures.

Hi Rob. Yes, unsubscribed donors will still receive all transactional emails generated by Online Express donation, event or membership forms. The unsubscribe only applies to bulk email sent to a query-based recipient list.
