Adjusting Number of Failed Sustainer Autoresponder Emails

We have recently transitioned to Luminate Online, and we have been having a problem with our failed sustainer autoresponder. We set up a test gift that has since expired, but we are receiving numerous emails about this failed gift. Sometimes we receive 1 per day, but on other days, it can be as many as 4 per day. 


Is there a place where we can edit the frequency that this autoresponder is sent? If this email can only be adjusted by editing the number attempts to charge a sustainer's card, where can we adjust the frequency that failed sustainer cards are tried?

    Thanks for bringing this function to my attention.  We were never shown how to create this autoresponder and I end up running a report to see who's card is about to expire or whose card has been declined.  We don't have many sustainers, so while this doesn't take me long, it would have been nice to know there's an email that is sent.


    Hopefully you and I will find out the answer to your question.
