RE Support - scheduling phone calls

Hi All, Just wondering if there is anyone else out there who would benefit from being able to schedule a phone call with the RE Support staff? I think this would be a great feature as I often need to coordinate the calls with other staff who use the database at my organization who can't be on hold for extended time periods. What are you thoughts?

  • I definitely second this! It would be really helpful to be able to coordinate this for some of my team members who aren't very familiar with creating cases, chatting with support, etc.

     I think that you can get that level of support, but you have to pay more for it?

    I would love this!  I don't remember ever seeing it as available, but could be wrong, even for a fee.
