Cannot launch Raiser's Edge from Standalone Citrix Receiver

Does anyone else access Raiser's Edge from a standalone Citrix Receiver and not through a web browser? We lost the ability to do that on June 20th. Tech support told me that BB was no longer supporting that process. We tried version 4.8 as they recommended and 4.11. Neither works. We get a error message.

    It is unfortunate that they no longer support it. It was very convenient not having to log back in all day long.
