Report criteria for LO canned reports?

Hi there, I know when you design a report in LO report writer, you get to a screen where you can print the criteria for the report you have built so you can save it for reference. Is there anyway to get that similar info from a canned report, and more specifically from Analysis Reports > Donation Form Analysis Report. I have a staff member who wants to add a single criteria to that report, and since we cannot modify it, I thought I could rebuild it with the same criteria and add the one field. Any help would be much appreciated!
