How do you add people to the directory but keep them from accessing it?

To prohibit access to a Directory, you will need to create a User Group with security restrictions that prohibit Directory access.

1. Go to Constituent360 from the dropdown menu.

2. Click "Add New Group"

3. Name the group and select a group type

4. Save the group

5. Go the Group Permissions tab

6. For "What type of permissions do you want to edit?" select "Directory"

7. Place a bullet in "Cannot View Directory -- Specifically disallow members of this group to search and view the directory."

8. Add your prohibited user(s) to this group.
