Hi All,

Can someone tell me what the healthcare organizations are currently doing regarding donation forms through online express. In my thank you message... I am writing "your name will be listed in our publications as "FIRST AND LAST NAME"

what are you guys doing if the donor is a made in memory of and you want to recognize them. what is your work around?

What are you guys doing if the donor is an organization? what is your work around?

I don't know if you have the Tribute module, but we don't so my suggestions may not be helpful to you. We are using the Comments section of the donation form for the annual report listing--I've changed the wording above the comments box to "Your name as you would like it to appear in our Annual Report".  Also, I have created gift attributes for In Honor of and In Memory of and made the descriptions text fields. These will come over into the gift batch through OLX, and they also are pulled into the auto acknowledgement letter with the gift details. I don't know what fields are available for merging in the letter if you do have the Tribute module, or if they pull into the gift details, but I hope this is helpful to you.
