Hi everyone, I am a designer on the User Experience team at Blackbaud. Our team values understanding how people work to design better experiences with our products.

 

We are looking to learn more about how people in various roles (including fundraising, admin, program management, and executive leadership) manage, use, or report on program performance objectives or metrics for fundraising purposes. In other words, what information about program performance is used, and how is it used to align the people in your organization in fundraising efforts?
