Canadian AddressFinder Import

Hello Community!


This is my first post, and it's a confusing one! Has anyone completed the Canadian AddressFinder import and has some feedback? I received the file to import, but am confused about the CNCOA address attribute that knowledge base article 73230 asks you to add as an info source. How else in the RE record will we be able to tell if the import changed a certain address or not, if everyone has the same info source of CNCOA?

Hi Christina,

Welcome to the community.

You can customize the Info Source in Configuration. For instance add the date to the Source name CNCOA6122018. The other option is to run a Query on criteria Date changed equals 06122018  and info source equals CNCOA.
