Stamford Health is looking for an experienced Development Associate to support its comprehensive fundraising program by identifying, researching, tracking and reporting on donors. In addition, the Development Associate will be responsible for researching donors and prospective donors, utilizing in-house files and a variety of online sources to identify prospects who have an interest in, and capacity for, making a gift. They will prepare confidential profile reports on major gift prospects for meetings and strategy planning and prepare briefings for development events.

This position requires an individual who is highly detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis; ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple task simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; good problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to take responsibility, to work well as a team member and to work independently; ability to understand and follow directions and policies and procedures; ability to deal with confidential data; good interpersonal and organizational skills.
