You can use ? to replace exactly one unknown character, * to replace any number of unknown characters, or you could untick the "exact match only" box at the bottom of the screen and let RE perform a soundex search for names that sound like what you've entered (I think "use enhanced search" may also need to be ticked for this to work but not 100% sure)
