Hello! Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction. I think I remember hearing in a class that Blackbaud offers some templates that can be used in Mail. Does this sound right, and if so, do you know where I can go to find these templates? I am hoping to find a template for a pledge/donor card.

    There are two things I can think of that this might be in reference to.  In the Mail module, many of the mail types (like Receipts) have defaults that use Blackbaud's pre-printed forms that could be considered a "template."  The other is the "form type" used for Labels, Cards, Envelopes, etc. that have an Avery/envelope "template."
