Citrix Upgrade and Cerner Incompatible

My IT people are working on a problem, where if we upgrade our RE users' Citrix to the recommended version of 4.6 or higher, they can no longer access their Cerner applications.  I know this isn't an RE issuer, per se, but I was wonder if other hospital foundations may have encountered this issue.  Any information, or solutions found, would be greatly appreciated !!!

  • Sandra, we are recovering from a major Citrix issue. I didn't work on our problem directly, but I do know that of our half-dozen citrix servers, about half of them had to be completely rebuilt. It's been a real head-ache for our IT staff.
