Deprecation of TLS 1.0 / Upgrade to Citrix Receiver 4.6 or higher

Following the notices surrounding the deprecation of TLS 1.0 and the need to upgrade to Citrix Receiver 4.6 or higher, I've been working with ITS to upgrade Citrix Receiver as instructed.  The fix is in and now I'm having a devil of a time getting Raiser's Edge to launch.  I have clicked to launch Raiser's Edge repeatedly and it never connects/launches.  The only way I was able to get it to work yesterday was to completely shut down and restart. I don't want to have to do this on a daily basis - we only have 3 licenses for five users so it's not convenient to shut down and restart in the middle of the day if I need to log in to RE. Anyone else having this issue?


I should note that my campus utilizes VDI and that is how Citrix Receiver is being deployed.  Anyone from Blackbaud have insight into this?

Kim, we are recovering from a significant issue with Citrix as well. While I didn't work on the problem directly, I did help identify issues that developed. Of our half-dozen servers, about half of them had to be completely rebuilt. It was a major headache for our IT staff. I know there were lots of phone calls with Citrix before a fix was found.
