Adding Appeal in OLX

Is anyone else having issues when adding appeals / analytics from an email blast to the appeal tabs in RE7?

I have just done a large mail out and have added the email performance information to the appeals tab and i am finding that OLX has sent one message multiple times to inactive emails and to the same people that have the same email even if they weren't included in the query.

For example if Mother and Son have the same email address but we only emailed the Mother its still adding the appeal to the Son's record because he has her email address in his file! Instead of adding the performance information on the Constituent ID it seems to adding it with the email instead... Anyone else having this issue??
