How to "divide" report evenly between recipients

I've got a Crystal Report that exports membership information that we use for staff to do renewal calls.  On our largest group "Regular" level members I'd like to calculate the total number of members in that group and then have the call list distributed evenly between staff.  Currently I've got a formula field that distributes by alphabet, but that is very random each month and some staffers lists are larger than others.


I added a running total to the report based on the BioSortKey, but then got stuck on what the next step would be.

You'll still need to update the formula to indicate how many records you want per group.  There's probably another way to do it using a summary field or parameter but I would have to do some digging to figure it out.  Try this first and let us know how it goes.
