Pledges made and paid in the same year

Hello All!

I am having an issue with a pledge made and paid in the same fiscal year not showing up when I pull up a detail of the fund and view/gifts. Would anyone know why? The total is in the fund balance, but the actual pledge does not show. I checked criteria, and I am asking to show pledges. This particular, and very important one is not showing.

Paula, exactly what report are you running? When you say 'fund balance' do you mean fund total or balance left to be paid? You posted that you're asking to show pledges. On the Gift tab, is "Use gift balance instead of gift amount" checked? Are you using certain gift date range that this one might miss?


Knowing what report would help to figure out what might be causing the problem.
