Help! Can't launch hosted Raiser's Edge

I am getting this pop up when I try and launch Raiser's Edge. I was just on there last night and we havent changed anything. Thought?

Hmmm.. I always love the variety of error messages when trying to get on Raisers Edge, I would go to citrix, right click, go to your connection center and "log off" (DIRECTIONS HERE: https://kb.blackbaud.com/articles/Article/46870)  then try restarting your computer. I'm definetly not IT savvy but that process seems to solve most of my problems ;-)

Yup Citrix or your TLS certificates

  When I had this message come up, it was because my Citrix Receiver needed to be updated. I believe I actually ended up having to completely uninstall the Citrix Receiver and reinstall the correct version. Hope that helps!
