RE Error when opening a record with a Proposal

We recently updated to the new Patch 8 in RE. Ever since then people in security groups who have "view only" rights to proposals are now no longer able to open any constituent record with a proposal entered in it. An error code pops up that says:

"You do not have security access rights to add proposals"


Again - they're adding them, they can't even open the record if one is present.


I've put in a ticket with Blackbaud who said they can't replicate the issue. Anyone else having this issue?
