Email performance report confusion

I'm confused.  We sent an email to some constituents about a survey.  We purposely did not include a link to our donation page, so we were not expecting any transactions.  This morning we received a donation from someone who opened the email.  The performance report shows their transaction as a result of the email.  But when I look at the click history for that person it shows six clicks: Received, Opened, Survey link, Survey link, Survey link, Donated.

The “click map” for the email shows that other than the survey, there are only two links that have been clicked, neither of which lead directly to the Donate Now page.  Both links show 0 (zero) transactions and no clicks by the person who gave a donation.  What am I missing?  How did OLX link the email to that donation?
