I was going through old files at the job and I found an old newsletter from 1999 called "The User's Edge".  I didn't realize that Blackbaud had put out a monthly newsletter in print back then.  Among the points discussed in the newsletter are:

• Y2K
• Annual Statement Report
• Gift Entry methods
• New System Tools for Win98
• Importance of power protection

I just thought this was rather fascinating and wanted to share.  Does anyone else have any of these old newsletters lying around?  I would love to see them!
