Prospect Tab Usage

We are still trying to utilize our prospect tab for most efficiency.  What part of the prospect tab do you use the most and why?  Any tips or tricks?  I've taken the Moves Management class, just trying to see what others do.

We utilize the "Classification" and "Prospect Status" fields to keep track of the constituent's location in Moves Management, and the time fame in which they will be solicited.  We are moving towards tracking all asks as proposals with in the Prospect Module.  I really looking forward to being able to track asks from what we expect to what we actually get.  If you have questions about the specifics of how we utilize the fields, PM me and I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.

I also took the Moves Management class and was very impressed with the number of options that are available in the prospect tab.  We aren't currently using the prospect tab to its full capacity.  We are using the the proposal feature a little for our campaign tracking, but again, not to it's full capacity.  I'm interested to see how other people are using it.

Hi all, this is my first time in the Community, trying to learn a little about how others use the Prospect tab. One particular question I am researching is what's the best way for a Major Gifts Officer to make their own notes? We want to do this in the system so others can see history and context. There is a notes field inside the proposal in RE7, but this doesn't exist (yet??) in RENXT, and our MGOs are using RENXT.  Appreciate any ideas!
