Creating a donation page on OLX

I'm trying to create a donation page and add an additional space for mailing address, in most cases some people have different mailing addresses from billing address. I don't see anywhere where this is possible to create.  Can someone please assist?

We had the same issue, so I used the Comments section. You can change the blurb above the box asking for address if different than billing. It won't be importable, but at least you will get the info. We also created gift attributes to collect other information. Since we don't have RE: Tribute, we have gift attributes for In memory of and In Honor of and the donor can add the name and it imports right into the gift and can be pulled right into the acknowledgement. If you are using the comments section for something else you could create a gift attribute to collect the other address.
