Hey guys,


I'm trying to pull a report that lists the total number of donors we have so far in Campaign 2018 with the total amount of money raised. when I run it, some gifts that I know should be in there are not showing up. Is there a canned report I am forgetting about?

    Try the Gift detail and Summary report under Financial reports.

    Ditto Cathleen's suggestion. Decide how/if you want to include write offs if that's relevant to your org. I have two monthly ones set up - one that pulls all pledges and a second that has a separate column for write offs.


    I like the totals for # of donors and gifts that appear at bottom of this report. Very helpful.
