When will issues with Microsoft be resolved?

Our organization is still facing issues with the Microsoft products within Raiser's Edge. We're not able to export directly to Excel from a constituent profile or gift batch. Furthermore, we've experienced numerous issues with our pivot reports losing the pivot table data and formatting. I've been informed by Blackbaud that both of these issues originate with Microsoft, but I'd like to know how Blackbaud is working to remedy the situation.
