Email list for Org contacts

I am struggling to create a query of organization contact (Secretary) emails to use in Online Express. I want it to be able to update yearly as new contacts rotate on and old ones rotate off.

    Had the same question.  I could not get reliable lists when I tried to query on contacts. Was advised to create records for the contacts and then give them an attribute to pull into a query for emails. Now I have a records for High Schools and records for Principals of High Schools. Principals have an attribute that I query on for my email list. Kind of tedious but I trust that recipients are getting their emails. If there is an easier way, I am interested too.

    OLX will email to organization contacts, but it requires jury-rigging the records a bit. We created a Relationship type on the Contact record (in your case, Secretary) and marked the checkbox under List Options in OLX to include that relationship type. I've attached screenshots.
