I have my first email signups! WOOHOO! But now getting error trying to download them :(

I installed OLX last week and got my first email signups over the weekend! While this is exciting, I went to download them and end up getting an error about addressee/salutation:




When I follow the steps and go to Constituents in the Integration options, I'm only given constituent code options. When I go to the Addresse/salutation section I get this:




Is there another setup option I'm missing? Choosing any of the options it gives me still results in the same error.

Now to work on the next error....
