How to export a list of staff users?

I'm the IT Manager, not a Raiser's Edge user, so please pardon my ignorance.


I can see the list of all my users but how can I download/export it? 


I want to get a report with, ideally, my Raiser's Edge users and a list of all their security access permissions.


Is this possible?

As far as I know, you will need to create a spreadsheet of this information manually.  Unless there's a function in the BB Management Console or somewhere in the backend.  You can, however, right-click on a Security Group and select [Preview] to get a PDF that lists all of the Security Rights for that Group.

Ok, getting a PDF is almost good enough and I should be able to OCR it to a spreadsheet.  I'll try it, thanks.

You could export this profile into excel as well. When you have the preview open click on the left hand side (the little arrow) and change the format to Excel.
