:Luminate Online vs. Event Module for a Walkathon

Can anyone advise which product would be the best option for a small charity that holds one walkathon and a golf tournament per year?

I'd prefer to keep it simple and avoid Luminate and RELO etc.

Any thoughts?

We use the event module for all our events and have had alot of success with it.  The classes are very informative if you need some help with it.  It keeps everything together, and is very easy to link gifts to when doing gift entry.  Also makes querying on the event a breeze!
