OLX contract question

Last Fall, I was cruising through posts here in the Online Express Community and came across a mention by someone else who had transitioned from NetCommunity to Online Express that their contract had included a "kick-out clause" (I'm not sure that's what they called it) that would have let them revert to NetCommunity with full reimbursement, if Online Express didn't work out for them during a trial period. 


I'm looking for that mention again and can't find it.  If anyone reading this had such a clause in a contract with Blackbaud involving a transition to OLX, could you either reply here or contact me at dmcglauflin@hospicechesapeake.org?
